Tina and Scott’s Wedding
Our friends Tina and Scott had their wedding this past Saturday at The Greenbranch just outside Bryan, Texas. The wedding was amazing with all the cool custom decorations, photo booth, and music. It was a great opportunity to hangout with close friends and watch a truly blessed couple take their first steps in a life together. Both Tina and Scott read their personal vows to each other which I thought was a nice touch. The food was amazing, especially the chicken fried steak shooters! These shooters consisted of a shot glass filled with mashed potatoes and cream gravy garnished with a piece of chicken fried steak on a stick.
Megan and I were very happy to see Katherine O’Brien in action since she is the photographer we chose for our wedding as well. When I first heard of the photo booth I was skeptical but seeing it in action was great! It was by far one of the most entertaining events of the evening to see friends put on various entertaining props and take photos together. Tina and Scott made a custom background using doors they had sanded down and painted to match the wedding colors. I can’t wait to see the final results!
Megan was gracious enough to let me take my small camera with me, even though I wanted to take my DSLR
It was a great opportunity to get photos of our close friends and the shots were turning out great… on the little display. Unfortunately I pulled a rookie mistake and did not check all of my settings on the camera before the wedding and my ISO was set to 3200
The pictures looked terrible due to all the digital photo noise but I was able clean them up using Lightroom. You can check them out below:
